A story of Little Mill

We are a pair of family run holiday cottages, where guests can enjoy the historic 3 bedroom Felin Cottage and luxurious 1 bedroom Maen Melin Cottage.

The cottages can either be rented separately or opened into one large rental space for up to 11 guests.

We have spent years sympathetically renovating the mill ourselves and look forward to hosting you.

Set alongside the River Gavenny, Little Mill is a short picturesque walk to the beautiful market town of Abergavenny. You can stock up on local produce, browse the market, and take in the stunning Welsh mountain views.

If the great outdoors is your thing then why not walk one of the Three Peaks, or travel a little further and take in the wonder of the Brecon Beacons. We are happy to suggest excellent wild swimming spots, bike rides for all capabilities, and of course excellent pubs.

Abergavenny is famous for its food and with Michelin star restaurants, excellent delis and exceptional market gardens and farms on our doorstep, you will certainly not go hungry.

After a long walk, or perhaps a visit to the hauntingly beautiful Llanthony Priory return back to Little Mill to relax in the beautiful surroundings , the wood burning stove. and something cooking in the oven.

We are passionate about hosting but also recognise the need to be left to one’s own devices. So whatever you need we are happy to help, or leave you to discover on your own.
